We have been using the app for many, many years now. It works great and they have THE BEST customer support. We highly recommend it! 5 stars all the way! I am hoping they release a ton of other apps, too! Everything is so intuitive and easy to work with.

Bold is unarguably the predominate app creator for shopify. They have many useful tools that no shop should have to go without.
One of the co-founders contacted me personally to help me get setup. I was impressed by how fast the installation was and by how much their customer service cares about their customers. Highly recommended!
So far so great! Uploaded all the Liquid files, and their directions were really easy to follow. Made the hard stuff seem easy! They are super responsive, and even plug in the data for you if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself. Their prices are honest for the custom work they can perform, but I would like to see them offer more one off apps, where you pay only once. $19.99 per month is a bit steep. Perhaps offering all their apps for $70 per month or something (kinda like Adobe does with CS6)
We've been using Product Options for several years and it has been consistently fantastic! We've been able to build complex entry forms with 80+ fields and conditional logic. It all works perfectly with some nice customization features. Bold support is always great as well. I recently reached out for a support issue and Alina got back to me within a couple of hours with a follow up and mock up of what would be done to resolve my issue. Once I approved the mock up and granted extended permissions to Bold, Alina implemented the change almost immediately. Another FANTASTIC experience with Bold!

This app has been really helpful- we've been using this app for about a year or more now, and we keep finding new ways to use it in our shop. We've never had any problems or experienced any bugs with this app.
Alexa is the best, she modified the CSS on my page in like 5 minutes to help make my site exactly how I wanted it. Bold should give Alexa a raise and a sweet vacation. The world needs more people like her.
I have been using this app for so many years I cannot count them. In the meanwhile by business has changed, but Product Options never failed in adapting to our needs - this to say how convenient and complete it is. Special mention to their assistance: they installed the app at every theme update.

Tamer was awesome! He got back to us each time in a very timely manner and was very nice. I thought we were a little too over analytic in the exact responsive settings we needed for our Shopify store but Tamer took care of all the issues we needed each time we asked, and he did not make us feel like we were too "needy" of the issues we needed fixed.
