Amazing app. better than all other products apps. Saves you a lot of coding and developing time. in addition to the wonderful tech support.
Amazing customer service, app is easy to use. They install it very quickly and as per instructions.
Product options made it possible to add all of my thread colors and actually have a nice swatch chart from which my customers could choose. In addition, I could show swatches of the fabric choices for the garments. The really nice part I can have unlimited variants and can include a lot more detail to give my customers a more informed choice.
One support team member spent almost an entire Saturday going back and forth with me helping to set up my product options. She was very patient and even would send me little videos using my own website to explain how to do something. That was the coolest thing and very helpful

I have used Product Options for 2 years now (version 1.0 and 2.0). I've installed it by myself as well as had customer support do an install on a more complex theme. All I can say is wow. I am impressed and very satisfied with the features, price and customer support. What more can you ask for? Feel free to check out our site for examples. This team is great. I set up some quite complicated bundles on our store and connected with Chintan, Rick, Samuel, Daniel, Carter, and I'm sure a handful of other members of the Bold team throughout the process. They are always extremely willing to help and ready to jump in. I am so appreciative of them—I probably called Rick at least 5 times with questions during our setup process and he (and the whole team!) was very patient with me.
Bold Product Options is a great app for my business as it allows my customers to customize their own shirts - the app is user friendly and easily achieves the intricacies of custom ordering online. I have needed assistance from their customer service on multiple occasions and each time their responses were timely, helpful and resolved my issue. This most recent time, there was a back end coding glitch that nobody could figure out. Mona at Product Options by Bold resolved the issue for me. Someone always followed up and kept me in the loop throughout the process, which I really appreciated.

A little pricey for premium, but it does everything that we need. Works flawlessly. Also very kind customer support, great experience with Deelen.
