The Product Options by BOLD was the only app we found on Shopify that would take care of the complicated, customized, variants we have to each product. With countless paint finishes, fabric choices, and cushion options it takes a lot to build out a product but BOLD makes it work beautifully.
They recently made some much needed upgrades we had been requesting so we love that they listen to their client's needs.

I just got started with the Product Options app and am already digging it. It has allowed me to add an entirely new product for my customers, the DIY Apron. The options are not only easy to add, they remain saved to add to new products with ease. Definitely recommend.

PS I can't wait until it allows for price fluctuation...

HORRIBLE.
After using Bold Product Options for years it was bought by Shop Circle.
From the beginning, it was impossible to get them to answer emails and get customer support. Literally weeks of no answer to multiple requests.
then I changed themes on Shopify to common Dawn theme.
The liquid disappeared from the order reports despite being in the front end.
easy enough I thought, just request they add the liquid.
They said I need to upgrade to V2, so I did.
Then the shopify orders report shows a million codes and snippets...they say nothing can be done with that.
Then the formatting of options got all weird.
Then all my conditional logic disappeared.
Then dropdowns show auto select.
Then pricing color fonts just randomly changed colors.
Then dropdown box sizes were running across all the page.
etc etc.
ALL OF THIS WAS HAPPENING RANDOMLY....THE SITE WOULD APPEAR FINE THEN THESE WOULD HAPPEN.
SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD TO THROW AWAY 5 THEMES BECAUSE OF BAD FORMATTING AND NOW THE SITE RUNS 5 POINTS SLOWER.
EVERY TIME I HAD SOMEONE FROM THEM TOUCH MY SITE IT WAS A DISASTER.
STAY AWAY.

Elite Titles have used this app for many years faultlessly. It is great. We had a little glitch with an option pricing update on the store which Mona fixed within the hour - super service, and at a time when we are all struggling to keep on top of our game. Stay safe.

I first found the SC Product Options difficult to navigate due to not being tech savvy however... Ahmed helped me via a live video call.

The team at Bold is amazing. Especially the team for Product Options.

The app functions as expected and I'm trusting they'll continue to make improvements.

Definitely worth the money considering Shopify SUCKS and offers very little as to a true shopping cart system.

Thank you BOLD for stepping up and filling in the gaps left by the short sighted Shopify team.

This app is the worst. We have used it for several years now and it always had issues but the issues and customer support has gotten so much worse overtime and now we are seriously looking at a replacement. We are launching a new color of our product tomorrow and all of a sudden Product Options stopped working - so we can't add that new color. Have been trying to get a hold of customer support all day - their live chat says wait time is 8 minutes but there's no one actually on that live chat and all we get is automated emails. Do not use this app, you will waste time and money.
