Love this App! Their customer support is first rate. They are quick to help and do an excellent job. I'd recommend this app simply thanks to the excellent customer support, but also because its a great addition to any store. It makes adding options to your products much simpler.

Love this app! It solved the complicated custom ordering process for us. We had a few issues in the beginning with the compatibility of our theme but Bold App was super helpful and speedy with resolving our issue for us. Thanks!

Definitely give Bold Options a try!

I've downloaded literally every single Product Customization app out there (literally EVERY one) and Bold Options really stands out because of their excellent customer service. They are without a doubt the only ones that will take the time to really make this an app a fit for your store. They helped build several completely custom codes for my store that I would have otherwise had to hire a developer for. No other app as ever helped me like this - even for a very very simple modification, all the other apps I worked with said that that was out of their capabilities and I had to find a developer to help with. Not only does that obviously save on costs but it also helps fast track the whole process because if you have past experience with developers, you know that it's usually very slow.

I've worked with several customer service agents here who have all been great but most recently I worked with Nisha who was able to actual make code edits on the spot while I was on chat support with her which was amazing customer support. Truly exceptional customer service!

I just started using this app and although a bit confusing at first, it is very easy to use and get set up once you dig in a bit! I've also never had any personal problems with Bold's customer service if you get ahold of them during their actual hours. I think that they might be working remotely, due to COVID, so there is that. I've just recently had Rony help me out and he was about as helpful as one can be!!

Recently upgraded my Shopify Theme and Bold Support were brilliant in helping to re-do my options on the new code.

We built our whole belovedpaperie.com website on this. If you want to see a site that streches Product Options to the max check it out. We chose this app because we needed nested dependencies (options based on previous options).

We sell paper products and the quantity of invites you choose plus the various options changes the price.

My only request would be a copy function.
