This app makes updating products so much easier! I couldn't imagine our website without it. Their support is one of the best! I have never had an issue they did not resolve or enlighten me about (as in user error). Jeff was the lastest expert that helped me. The Bold team was especially helpful in addressing an issue I had with charges being applied to products in my store. It turned out that we needed to update the theme to make the product options work with Pay Pal checkout. Big thanks to Rick and Alexa for immediately responding to my support ticket and also following up with detailed instructions to fix the issue.

Really like this app ... makes life for a single owner-operator with a small budget much easier, as I don't have to invest in higher, deep technology platforms in order to get the options I need to sell my dog collars! Grand job.
I built my entire site around these menus. Over forty colors to choose from in three separate menus so 100,000 different variants type a website. Need to update your options menu? No need to edit every listing, just update the menu! Pretty slick software.

Not every bold app is a winner, but Product Options most definitely is! The newest version 2 is the best way to create and customize a multitude of product options while avoiding Shopify's variant limitations. Not to mention the customer service, which has been truly exceptional! Customer Service from Simran and Rony was super quick and easy, thanks for the great support!

Our products require more options that Shopify is constructed to deal with natively so we were forced to find a solution elsewhere. After doing some research we settled on the Product Options app and it has been just what we needed. We've been able to give our customers the variety that they wanted and increase our functionality. Now that conditional logic has been added we're excited to take advantage of it and streamline our inventory even more.
