SC Product Options

My new Product Options app is working great and the team has been instrumental to fixing any last tweaks needed. Great app and even better support!

We had an issue with our store where our related products weren't showing. Since our theme was a generic one we had further customized, setting this up required extra code which I couldn't personally figure out. We reached out to Shopify "gurus" and they told us it was an issue with Bold Apps. It wasn't. We initially spoke with Ashley C through Bold web chat and she sent us over to Mona in your Tier 1 merchant success team.

Mona is an absolute professional and took care of us very quickly, we were eventually sent to the tier two team where Kirtana took care of our issue fixing everything on the back end and leaving the updated theme in our editor. All we had to was set the theme to "live" and everything was perfect.

We cannot thank your Bold team enough for the amazing product and customer service you provide, even though this wasn't an issue related directly to your product you all went above and beyond to provide a solution. Again, we cannot thank you all enough.

A great business is shaped by its employees and management and you are all doing a fantastic job, we highly recommend using Bold Products for your Shopify store.

INITIAL REVIEW: So far so good; I haven't seen anything else like this available for Shopify, and having a good options platform was key to me switching over to Shopify from my previous e-commerce platform.

Using this app can get a bit tricky in setting up multiple options with conditional logic, but that's not necessarily a fault of the app. Time will tell if I can get my head around everything possible with this feature-rich app.

UPDATED, ONE YEAR LATER:

This is the greatest app ever, and is helping our customers immensely to customize their guitar parts at our shop. We offer so many options, and it is important to us to have a clean interface. It has been a huge battle, but using conditional logic we have been able to set up a system which accomplishes what we need.

In addition, the customer support by Bold has been top notch. In particular, the support staff members Shubhneet and Henrique really helped us dial everything in when we thought it was going to be too complicated, or not look right with our store. They worked the magic and got us going again. Three cheers for this app and the team behind its development, as well as the support team.

This is a great that allows a ton of flexibility with different packages built around a product. Management of products is easier and the time spent updating the website is reduced. While we did run into some issues while switching between themes, Bold's team was there to get things smoothed out.

This app allowed us to add exactly the options we needed. Thanks.

Making it duper easy to create product options ... Y'all gotta get this app !!!

This app was the one and only feature that made my shop possible, without it I wouldn't be able to add the options I wanted to my product pages. I love and would highly recommend it to anyone. The customer service was fast and great. Very nice people as well. I'm very happy :) Thanks guys!!!

I have two shops and Product Options is key in both of them. In one shop we sell books on subscription - as part of each subscription we send a birthday card to each club member. Collecting the birthday data before was a nightmare - often involving contacting customers one by one to get the info. This was further complicated when people wanted to order multiple gift subscriptions, so we'd get a big chunk of information we'd have to sift out of an email or the notes field in the shopping cart. Now we collect only the info we want. HUGE timesaver for us.
Our other shop sells letterpress cards. One of our products are cards we send to recipients anonymously. Without Product Options, people would have to check out multiple times for each separate shipping address. With Product Options we can collect the shipping address linked to each Anonygram so there's only one checkout. Another lifesaver. And finally, we also offer pick-and-choose card sets, where you can select any six card designs for a discounted price by just clicking off checkboxes. We wouldn't be able to offer this product without Product Options, and it's one our customers seem to enjoy.
All of that aside, their support is great - responsive and clear. One night I went to bed after accidentally screwing something up and when I woke up they had fixed it. The best. Thanks BoldApps!!!

The App works great! As an low/average experienced coder I was able to install it my self. The team's customer service is amazing, always helpful and quick to respond. I definitely recommend Bold Apps
