Merchants highly recommend this app for managing customizable products, especially for complex options like engravings and upgrades. It supports unlimited product options and sets, uses conditional logic for a better user experience, and allows for bulk updates. While there is a learning curve, the app is reliable and the support team is praised for their quick and effective responses, often providing custom solutions.
We had some bad code and other issues and have a complicated set of products and options to deal with. I was able to spend so much time with the support team it really helped.
Muaza was listed as the last rep and was able to assist in locating some bad code that was not part of thier app but appeared to be.
The learning curve is there but once you get it the app is very robust.
Great product, very useful for all your product options. A little hard to understand at first, but they have great support which will get you setup and going. Once you understand how it works, it's very easy to use. I've been using it for 3 years now and I'm still very happy with it.
