APP IS CONSISTENTLY CRASHING. RESPONSE ARE VERY SLOW.
IT DOES AFFECT SALES NEGATIVELY
AND TODAY AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW, I GOT LOST IN THE JUNGLE BECAUSE THEIR APP IS NOT LOADING AT ALL AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO EMAILS, CHATS, AND ALL THE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS THAT THEY HAVE.
Works as expected for single products - incompatible with Shopify Bundles, nor is it in their roadmap.
App works great and the customer service is excellent. If you have any questions or issues that you need resolved just use the chat feature to contact support and they will take care of anything you need right away.
Terrible support and very complex unnecessary steps to change options once set up
Vishal was very efficient at installing the app on our new theme. It was done in a matter of minutes!
The fix to the app was made very quickly the communication throughout was great!
