APP IS CONSISTENTLY CRASHING. RESPONSE ARE VERY SLOW.
IT DOES AFFECT SALES NEGATIVELY
AND TODAY AS I WRITE THIS REVIEW, I GOT LOST IN THE JUNGLE BECAUSE THEIR APP IS NOT LOADING AT ALL AND NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO EMAILS, CHATS, AND ALL THE COMMUNICATION CHANNELS THAT THEY HAVE.
Works as expected for single products - incompatible with Shopify Bundles, nor is it in their roadmap.
Terrible support and very complex unnecessary steps to change options once set up
We had an issue that was causing frustration and confusion with our staff and customers. The SC Product Options Custome Service was ready to help me and didn't stop until the situation was resolved. Thanks Danna and Nejla Sehagic!
Support is great. Quick, knowledgeable, and very eager to help. Vishal custom coded a solution to get our variations back online after an update. Were very happy with the app.
