Great app with multiple options for customization of products and a very fast support that responses in hours.
Great App only thing it is missing is an addition to price for different customization options.
I don't know what it is about this app, but NOTHING works for me. The background images I upload won't stay, they revert to the original product image. My placeholder images don't stay in place, don't stay greyscaled, and don't allow me at times to move the ones that are selected.
The worst part is it doesn't even allow me to do what I wanted. We make a product in 3 different stains. We currently have the option to choose 1 of 3 VARIANTS set up, i.e. 3 different stains. I wanted the option for a customer to have a stain selected and be able to customize whichever one they have selected. But there's no where to use 3 separate images for customization, it only allows for one.
Terribly exhausting and frustrating experience. Will be looking for something else.
Thanks for your Review. You can set different background image for different personalization if you uncheck all variant image as it only allows the variant images. By conditional logic section you will be able to use as many customization image as you can and link with variant. There are tutorials how to use the app and How to utilize different features available.
I'm using the app to add options to our products. I had some trouble with the setup and customer service were great :)
A very useful and powerful app for offering customers multiple personalisation options, in a variety of different formats.
I don't know what's better, the app or the customer service. I was prepared to do a custom build, spending months and tens of thousands of dollars to achieve what this app does natively. I can't believe my luck in finding that it exists. I've saved myself so much time and money and the team has been amazing at handling my questions when I think something might need a custom change, and they let me know that it's actually already an option. Legends!
Product Personalizer is the best value for money app I ever used for my Shopify store. On top of that, the support team of this app is Excellent, they really care!! I can't thank you enough guys.

This app is quite tedious to use, and also messes up with code so bad. It messed up with our product types, facebook pixel etc etc. After the review the developers team contacted us and helped us to resolve the code which was everywhere on our store. 1 star for ease of use and 4 points for support after the review.
