We utilise MY PRODUCT REGISTRATION to validate ownership of over 30,000 fine artworks. It works flawlessly, and the app's developer Vito is incredibly prompt and helpful with any support you may need.
It's a straightforward solution to managing a large data set that gives our customers peace of mind and builds trust in our products.
While I have not gotten to use the app directly just yet, let me just say that the customer service is 2nd to none! Vito walked me through every step of the way, and from what I can tell this service is going to be impeccable. Thanks again everyone at the team!
Great app, can be used for much more than product registrations. We use it for service agreements on diving gear, and also as a logbook for registration of catch (fish, crabs etc).
Very simple and easy to set up. They had amazing support. I needed something fixed that wasn't a built-in feature and it was done by the next day. Great stuff!
This app works as described. It may be installed and used without extensive knowledge or customization. The ability to customize this app is impressive, and a developer versed is css will have no trouble fitting it to their needs. For the rest of us, the support staff is surprisingly quick and helpful, if a bit lacking in their execution of the English tongue.
Excellent customer service. Good app and flexible. The UX can be improved but overall we are very happy with it ! Good job!

The app price is a flat fee, which means you don't pay for more if you have millions and millions registration, this is very different from other app prices depend on your Shop plan or transactions
Also, we don't think is honourable to leave 3 stars rating, then ask us in private to offer a lower price especially for you in exchange to change to better review rating
I used this app to upload serial number of our product to our website. Our customer can register their product and validate the authentication of purchased product.Yeah, it's what i looking so far :). And, I have little problem when i want to delete bulk of serial numbers which uploaded wrong. The app do not support to do bulk deletion. So i asked from support team, they helped to do that (within 24 hrs ).Its great! Anyway, I think it could be great if they can develop this function too, to clean up our database or sometimes it's wrong uploaded.
Responsive developer and Amazing App! Have some issue with theme integration, but vito helped to fix in a short time. Definitely recommend it.
