This has a lot of features for a free app. I like the fact that customers can post pictures and video.
I have had a pleasant experience now with Stamped customer service. I originally had issues with Google Merchant Centre but they resolved for me over email
Great little add on to Products reviews! sending out reminders for customers to review products they have bought. With a few easy setup steps. Schedules the reminders and sends them without you having to send them yourself.
This app is a train wreck. Their database constantly gets buggy and doesn't display our reviews correctly. Customer service seems overwhelmed and support takes weeks to resolve simple issues. I pay over $1,000 per month and am regretting it.

THEIR SERVICE HAS BECOME PATHETIC! THEY CANT RESOLVE A SIMPLE PROBLEM. OUR TEAM HAS BEEN COORDINATING BUT THEY AREN'T ABLE TO RESOLVE THIS.
update- after complaining they did respond, thank you. THEY HAVE STOPPED RESPONDING TO US AFTER SUBSCRIBING TO THEIR MOST EXPENSIVE PACKAGE. BEWARE BEFORE YOU PAY THEM SO MUCH !
It was very easy to integrate to my website, will now test how this app performs. I'll report back :)

I used the app to gather reviews from my previous customers. It was really easy to integrate into my Shopify store. I needed help resending the emails for review and I received a response back from support with step by step screenshots.
Just installed and it seems it would work fine. A comprehensive review can be given after some days.
