The app is great and easy to use however it is product specific and I couldn’t figure out a way to put all the reviews under homepage.

This app has lots of great features and is really good value for money. The Reviews, Rewards and UGC instagram features are fantastic. Highly recommend.

We selected it because of its ability to integrate with our Zendesk and rewards program app. The best part of using this app was the support team. They basically held our hand through the entire setup process and customized our app to our specifications. Responses were quick and outcome was always high quality. Definitely recommend.
Not only is this a great app, this company has the best customer service I've ever seen. Like it's not even close. If you're thinking about it, I can assure you - this is a no brainer.
My plan was automatically upgraded from the free plan to a plan that charges $299 monthly. Buyer beware

Thank you for your review.
We just checked and you were upgraded to the Enterprise plan last year on 2018 February and was paying only 99.99/month as you were grandfathered to the old Enterprise plan pricing.
Shopify only allows store account owners to activate paid plans, so app developers are not able to create charges without the store owners activating it.
We'll set up a call with you and Shopify to resolve this misunderstanding.
Does EVERYTHING Yotpo does and MORE for 80% of the cost. We're a large ecommerce store and so thankful we found these guys.
great app, does everything i need and a bit more. The customer service is amazing, quick and helpful, different to other apps around that charges so much and can't even function properly.

Great app, works as advertised. But, they really should advertise their OUTSTANDING customer service more. We had a bit of a tough time getting it configured as we wanted, Rachelle from their customer service was exceptional. A great customer service team doesn't only fix your problem, they also give suggestions on how to improve the on site experience, etc. That's what Rachelle did. Give this girl a raise, fantastic customer service experience. Highly recommended.
