I am having a great experience with this review app. What's impressive is how quickly and precisely they provide support via email. I wanted to implement a series of customizations and they quickly supported us.
Strongly recommended and quite flexible! I can now automatically send to my clients a request for a product review and display reviews on my shopify using several customizable widgets.
The traduction for Spanish is very bad. Please fix it because is an ungly error. All the others things are good

A lot of functionality, the app is a bit slow for some functionality, but all in all functions well. I still think it gets a bit pricey if you have a lot of orders with sending out emails, but it is not expensive compared to alternatives. The customer service answers very fast and are helpful. The response time has been one of the fastest of all apps so far.
Really like this app, super helpful support team if you run into any problems the turn around time is almost instant! looks great on my store and helps with making the site look professional!

Fabulous addition to the Shopify Review app.
This has been a wonderful app. The reviews are pouring in! AND it pays for itself. The suggested products at the bottom of the review email generates more than enough money to justify the cost of the app. They also have great customer service which really helps for someone who isn't super computer savvy.
