So far so good! Extremely quick support when needed.
It took longer than expected to get up and running. Customer service was difficult to work with and we found the user interface to not be as intuitive as other platforms we have used. Just too many kinks here to really recommend. If our experience changes with time I'll update the review. But for now, we are disappointed with the switch.

We have only been using this app for a few days but so far they have been very responsive to assisting getting the app set up. I have had product review up on our site for about 3 weeks. and only received one review. After downloading my customer file into this app last night and blasting out review requests this morning, I have already received 4 reviews. So it definitely works

I just started using this app to help me with reviews on my website and so far i really like it! it has step by step instructions which is very helpful for me because I am not IT savvy. Definitely made setting it up to my website easy.
Fantastic add on to vastly extend the capabilities of the Shopify Product Reviews app. Set up help and advice from the stamped.io team has been nothing short of superb. 3 days in and already proving it's worth!
