I had a bit of trouble trying to integrate my shopify account to my QBO account and with the help of Rominick this was done within a few minutes. Thank you for your excellent service you are the best.
Just started with it. Looks like it will solve our process challenge and the help was good on Chat. Had a guy named Vincent who went through some areas I struggled with and helped me fix them and helped my understand them.
I had a bunch of orders older than a month and Karol helped me out linking all the Shopify data to QBO. Don't hesitate to send them a message. Simple and professional customer service! Thanks!

11/27/2022: I tend to be skeptical when it comes to online chat tech support. However, I was lucky to get Dean. He was able to fix the errors I was experiencing and tackle a few errors that were hanging out there. UPDATE 12/8/2022: I tried the Chat feature again and got Lori. Once again I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service. It was quick and easy to get my questions answered and the errors fixed.
Sherwin was super helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. I was also first in queue, which was great
Dean was incredibly helpful in resolving a large number of sync issues related to shipping. He solved the problem in less than 15 minutes.
