Had and issue where the Sales Receipt number was not filtering through as a whole and only coming through in partial numbers. Nick helped with adding a prefix. Awesome service from Nick. Super helpful. Keep it up. ;)

I've used this app and its predecessor for 5+years to sync sales transactions, and have found it to be very powerful, and highly configurable. I needed to transition from the legacy version of the app to the latest, and was able to get live chat support straight away to guide me through it. Ben was very helpful, and made sure things went smoothly.

I have been using this app for a number of years and it is very reliable and integrates seamlessly with QBO. If you do have an issue (rare) the support is first class through the chat function. Had a sync issue today and Ben had this resolved very quickly.

Sherwin at QuickBooks Online is great! He is always so helpful, patient, and lovely to deal with. NICK was really helpful - I hadn't even see there was a live chat option on the connector app - whilst scratching my head thinking how to deal with the errors a message popped up from NICK asking if he could help with this error - he was able to talk me through resolving the issues and to advise how to solve them going forward so it doesn't happen again - very pleased with this APP and the support provided.

This is a great app. Works really well with no issues. I had a query today and spoke to Ben who sorted everything out straight away. Very happy.

This is working really well for us - all Shopify products and sales pull through to QBO and it's very easy to check for issues and resolve them. Field mapping is full and detailed so that sales show on QBO exactly the way I want them to.
Support is great too - just had an issue to fix, webchat response was almost immediate and the issue was fixed within minutes (thanks @Troy!).

great app in general. The support team is always quick to respond and seems to know what they are doing working to resolve issues quickly. Just had an exchange with Sherwin who was very helpful and answered all my questions very quickly and in an understandable format
