We needed to update our Shopify integration, which I was dreading because these things can take up a lot of time. Their customer service could not have made it easier. We were back in action in <15 mins. Thank you Rafael!

This app is awesome as it saves us lots of times. They also offer great support. I was able to succesfully settup my account with the assistance of LORI who guided me through. Thank you for your kind support and I will keep using this app for a long time.

Great app and customer service. I had to use the chat feature this morning and their rep Nick was able to quickly resolve my issue. He even stayed on the chat line while I double check the repair on my end. I am very happy with this app and their customer service.

We had an issue where refunds were not being processed from Shopify to Quickbooks. We started a chat with Ben, who explained the QBC synch in detail and demonstrated thorough understanding of the refund synch logic and Shopify order cancelation process. Ben helped resolve the issue and was patient in explaining the way the QBC worked.

For the most part I've had a positive experience synching shopify into Quickbooks. There are a few strange moments when products duplicate and I end up having to manually tidy up my products/services list to make sure products map to the correct income categories for accurate reports, and a couple of strange tax mapping issues, but it's all leaps and bounds better than the days when I had to enter all of this info manually from emails into QBO (2013, I don't miss you at all *lol*). Thank you to Lori for providing tech support today making sure I my account was correctly moved to the new QBO Global. Much appreciated!

Onboarding was easy and customer service has been great so far. Ben fixed my syncing error and got my invoices back. Glad I finally integrated QB with my Shopify store. Thanks Ben for the help.
