The app was easy to connect and helped us test syncing Shopify B2B orders into QuickBooks as invoices. Product matching by SKU worked well, which is helpful for improving invoice accuracy and AR tracking. We are still reviewing the payment status sync, but overall the setup has been useful so far.

Great app, works quite well. Incredible tech support. Francis helped me set up the entire integration system: deposit, payouts, transactions, orders, so that QuickBooks could see all transactions from Shopify, connect them together, and see them as one single structure and not make any duplications.

He knew exactly what he was doing, communicated clearly, and got everything synced and working seamlessly. My orders, customers, and accounting now flow together
perfectly — no more manual entries, no more guesswork.

It seems crazy that we're all just naming a support tech and giving five stars, but genuinely was in a massive pickle and never would've got out of it if it weren't for Sherwin. Instead of spending days and hours going back and forth from QB to Shopify, I've finally got it automatically working with zero double entry. Sherwin is the man, can't recommend enough.

On my first day using QuickBooks Online for my business, I quickly noticed that the numbers literally were not adding up. Gross amounts were showing lower than net amounts, fees were missing, and several transactions were not categorizing or reconciling correctly. Needless to say, it was frustrating trying to sort through everything as a new user.

I opened the chat support box and was connected with Nick. From the very beginning, Nick was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to explain what was happening, walked me through the issues clearly, and helped me better understand how QBO and Shopify integrations function together.

What stood out most was his calm and helpful attitude. He never made me feel rushed or dismissed, even with multiple questions. If all customer service representatives were like Nick, customer support everywhere would be a much better experience.
