Second time: Paul helped me second time when i was struggling to sync the order workflows from shopify to QBO. I am writing to thank Paul for helping me today with syncronizing issue. I wasn't sure as i was very new to this. Paul helped me wholeheartedly and patiently while i was trying to work it out. I had an issue with my shopify order number being a duplicate order number in QBO I first talked to Paul before I got disconnected. When I came back on I was talking to Troy. Both were very helpful and patient with me. Between them both I hope we got the issue resolved so it doesn't happen again. I wont know for sure until another order is placed online.
