I can't say enough about Paul and the whole customer service team. They solve my problems (which are very few) every time within minutes. So friendly, helpful and just 'get it'. I never hesitate in reaching out, even with the dumbest questions. Thanks team!
Had the hardest time trying to sync data from my Shopify account to Quickbooks. Paul messaged asking if I needed help and walked me through the entire process. He was patient and answered all my questions. The customer service is top notch! A++

I had trouble setting up and synching order and product data with Quickbooks Online, but CLARISSE from the online chat helped me. The software isn't as intuitive (pun intended) as i'd have liked, but having very good customer service to help get you going is so helpful.
