Dean and Sherwin were very helpful with setting up the integration. Both provided helpful articles and Dean was especially patient as he walked me through some things I was unfamiliar with. I don't have a lot of knowledge in accounting and my bookkeeper had some very specific requests to ensure everything came through properly. With the aid from these two agents, we got everything set up in no time and everything seems to be importing smoothly!

Karol was an amazing person. She join the chat in about 1 min. She help us with our question.
Unfourtunately Quickbooks integrator doesn't detect price/cost changes in products, it only migrate a snapshot of products from Shopify.

Excellent support!
As a global small business, it was important to connect several business entities to one domain. Sherwin quickly came up with an easy solution that did not require another license or domain. David provided additional speedy support! Great team!

I needed additional help and guidance with the vendor, even needing them to adjust their actual code for my problems, and Clarisse did it! She saved me hours of work!!!!! Awesome customer service and app!

This app works quite well, though I had a bit of a challenge setting up. Sherwin helped me though and I was sorted out in no time - thanks!! I had a few other issues, and Lori helped me; customer service has been great, very quick and genuinely helpful!

The one downside is that inventory doesn't work for me to sync in QBO since QBO's inventory system isn't great, but Shopify tracks it well enough and we do have a specialty product/business, so it usually makes things extra complicated anyways.

I just started with this app. Hazel in customer support was a HUGE Help. It takes a little while to figure out what accounts go where; But so far it seems to be working great. I would suggest having an accountant set everything up for you but if you can't, at least support is willing to do all they can to help you.
