I installed this app yesterday and worked with support and they were great. Today I had a unique issue and timeline that I needed it resolved in and I connected with support again. This time Karol assisted me. Karol hands down is the best support rep I've ever encountered. My request was resolved promptly and accurately and not my QuickBooks work is complete. Karol is a lifesaver and the OneSaas product is amazing. Thank you Karol and Team!
Vincent was awesome. Took quite some time to get the integration to work properly, but now that it is set up, it is going to save me so much time.
Been waiting for this app for a while. Now it is here and works a treat. Does what it says and with the help of Troy was able to quickly refine the configuration to iron out a few synch issues (not the app just the way I set up management of inventory). Really looking forward to saving lots of time.

Great tool, great support! I tried another Shopify-Salesforce connector but it didn't give me the line item detail that I needed. OneSaas was a breeze to install and sync'ed all my client info, products and orders automatically. And it created a separate record for each product ordered, attached to the Opportunity - exactly what I needed. And for the questions that I had, Adela had all the answers (via chat) in a very timely manner. You just don't see great customer support these days, but OneSaas has done it right!
UPDATE: I have uncovered a rather critical problem with the OneSaas Salesforce-Shopify connector which has caused me to reduce my rating to 4 stars. While the Shopify connector pulls all relevant data from Shopify, the contact info does not pass through to Salesforce. The contact name is embedded in the opportunity name and the phone number is stored in the Account.Phone field, but no contact record is created, and the email is not passed to SF.
Paul was amazing....I was about to cancel my subscription but Paul saved the day for me and for Quickbooks :)
This app has synchronised my Shopify sales with Quickbooks online. Sherwin was a great support in helping me understand a rectifying my initial errors in the setup process.
The set up process was nice and simple with live chat assistance and useful guides.
The problem is that, what appears to be a core functionality of the app is broken - the orders that are imported do not include any fees. No worries, I contacted the live chat and was told their developers would take a look at it.
I totally understand that bugs can happen.
What's odd, is that I have been waiting for a fix for over 2 weeks. Every time I contact them they say that the developers are still working on it. This isn't normal for a piece of functionality that people actually get this app for.
The only reason this review is 2 stars is that the live chat is quite responsive and extended my trial (which has been of no use).

Sherwin was extremely helpful walking me through step by step everything I needed to do to fix the mappings and have them all set going forward. Also was willing to put in a lot of time in order to do it properly. Only recommendation would have been to have the option to get on a phone call which would have resolved the issues much quicker than using the chat. Aside from that, service offered by Sherwin was outstanding.
