I've tried lots of apps to sync Shopify and QBO. most don't do what they say they will. I was pleased that this app was easy to set up and actually worked.
And any time I've had issues their support team figures it out and fixes it ASAP.
Been using this app for 4 years now and it is great, really streamlines the accounting process between Shopify and Quickbooks
WOW, AMAZING SUPPORT!, The application is solid, its both easy and flexible to setup. You can map all you individual transactions including taxes, revenues and deposits, reliably and synchronize to update automatically on a scheduled routine. That's the way it's supposed to work, and it does. BUT where this group really shine is in great customer support. I experienced this first hand in an exceptional situation, where I am rebuilding a QBO datafile. Hazel, Vincent, Ronnie and Troy ALL went above and beyond in helping me recover stray data going back nearly 3 years. I received comprehensive timely updates as these great people worked to help me resurrect the datafile. Without these great people I would have been forced to reenter untold amounts of data manually. Instead Hazel, Vincent, Ronnie and Troy all allowed me to simply import the data piece by piece. Count me as a very happy customer Thanks Guys!

Thrilled with OneSaas. First started with their Shopify > Xero Export.... beautiful. Now testing their Xero > Salesforce integration and so far so good. Customer service is exceptional. Johnny, Laszlo and the team have been great with onboarding and ongoing support.
Just got off a chat with Karol (she was a HUGE help!) for some advice before going live with our new POS integration. The features, customer support, and time savings are fantastic. Can't wait to see this app in full use once we get started!
