A really great app if you need your customers to be able to customize products and see the result live. The app has many functions, it is fairly easy to use and the developers offer great support.

It's been over 7 days and there is absolutely no response to the email for support. I ended up paying for the month, but I had to uninstall the app. It's such a waste of money.

We was looking for a customizer for our t-shirts we looked at a few apps,and we also deleted it and re installed a few times,Support was very good and understanding, Ramon is very good support and helped me out with what we need done.The app i find is easy to use once used to it, support is really good worth 5 stars or more, definitely recommend support , keep up the good work.

I used this app to add custom t-shirts to my website. Calculated the price of my theme and this app, and turned out to be less than the theme that has the same features but would have cost me 3 times more. Thus, this is a big money saver! Also, the support is GREAT! They had helped me with ALL my needs. Even some of the ones that were part of my theme rather than their app. Besides that, the timing is very well! It took the guy to respond and solve the technical issue only 1 day, which is great because some apps wouldn't even respond in 1 day! However, the UI seems to be a bit old, so I will hope that the developers update it and add new features, such as allowing the customer to select what apparel they want to customize. Overall, VERY HAPPY with the app, the support, and the features it has!

This is the first time I ever write a bad review about any product online. I felt scammed by this company. I paid Ramon USD250 on August 2017 for the installation of the app on my products and another USD1165 on September 2017 to add and setup the pre-made templates that we created, add Google fonts, colors etc. On our agreement, he should be able to finish the works within 15 business days. But he done it little by little and still not yet finish. I kept on contacting him by email, took so long time to response and not really answering my questions. I have been paying for Professional Plan which suppose to have priority support. I needed to cancel several marketing campaigns because the app is not yet configured properly. I patiently waited because while my business suffered a lot. The pre-made templates are very important on my store and none is added on my website. I even asked him lately to add partially so I can start with my campaign and he said he will do it in 2-3 weeks. But nothing is done after a month.

I finally gave up and cancelled my subscription. Then suddenly he sent me a message, just to tell me to activate the app again because he will add the fonts, after 6 moths! And how about the other pending jobs?

I asked for refund but of course, he never answer back!

By the way, I found a better app, with great support. It is called Zakeke.

This is the best app I've seen and I've done ALOT of comparisons, trials, and researching. I call Ramon, "Yoda" & for good reason ... Qstomizer is truly a remarkably developed application & the service cannot be beat.

I had looked at so many options to suit my needs, I started as a convention/market seller here in NYC and decided to take it to the next level by starting at BigCommerce which was another $20-$50 every turn that didn't even do half of the features included in Qstomizer, I switched to Shopify with hopes of better suited apps that would be within my budget which is next to nil - they recommended me to Customify within 10 minutes I realized did not suit my need, contacted them, absolutely no help, they 'just do not do anything like that'.

Qstomizer is a whole different level of integrated application, providing complete customization with a vast array of variations, pricing & product options and what's better: if you need help? Ramon's got you covered in a jiff. If you need something changed to better suit your store's need? He's got that too! I've seen a review that say it took him days to get what they needed. As a fledgling coder myself, I can tell you with absolute certainty: these types of development changes do not happen instantaneously. Any developer (read: 'human being') worth their salt understands this and appreciates the TIME and EFFORT it takes to accommodate personalized request changes to such a comprehensive application. Having to change/add/alter a single option requires re-coding numerous documents and files, along with debugging and testing so he can provide you your perfect solution. You can't find a more helpful, customer-orientated developer for the simple fact he isn't charging you his personal hourly rate to even consider make these changes - after all this is what he does for a living & wouldn't you want to get paid for overtime? Customify & every other app I've seen doesn't even attempt to better suit your needs and most developers would tell you just to deal with it or hire them as your personal developer which will run you hundreds to thousands of dollars depending on the intricacy & difficulty of what you request.

So if you want to take your store to the next level, or if your store, like mine requires such a vast array of variations, pricing, product options,and you're not looking to spend thousands of dollars: Qstomizer is definitely without a doubt the 'Qstom' solution you've been looking for. The developer is dedicated to his customers: crafting your perfect solution, or simply if you need help. All this on a startup's budget? You just can't beat it; Ramon or quality and functionality of Qstomizer. So go ahead, get it, you'll see what I mean!
