By far the most amazing customizing app available and outstanding customer service! After months of struggling with another app (unanswered emails, delays in response etc) I contacted Ramon. He replied almost immediately with a solution to my needs and within a couple of days had me sorted. I have never received better service and am extremely happy with this amazing app. By offering customized products in your store and using an app for the customization, you basically put your business in someone else's hands. My experience with the previous app was a nerve-wrecking situation and I was constantly on edge, loosing customers and cancelling orders because no one ever bothered to reply to me or assist me. With Qstomizer it was the complete opposite. I will highly recommend this app to anyone with confidence! Thank you Ramon and the team at Big Van Studios for taking care of me - you are by far the best!

This app is very versatile and works well and quickly within the online shop. I have found the support quick, thorough and helpful which is just what you need when running a website using the Qstomizer on hundreds of products. When looking around for an app to use on Shopify that could personalise products and produce final artwork, this was definitely the neatest and best value option.
Ramon was very helpful. Responded to my first email request and after facilitating some more information as requested, the issue was quickly resolved. Great product and excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
