Great app and really fast technical support!

We are trialling out Shopify and the various apps. we first installed QuickView and now QuickView Pro. The team at Secomapp have been very helpful to customize the app to our needs, even including our dual pricing strucure due to the VAT. Immediate response and action taken to suit our need. Big thumbs up!!

A few months on, we launched our shop, still using this app. Needed to make some adjustments in our pricing, and within 2 hours of the request, it was all done. Well done to the Secomapp team!

Fantastic app, and phenomenal support! I had a few minor issues with the layout not displaying correctly. I contacted their support, and they logged into my account and fixed all the issues in minutes. I couldn't ask for more. Five stars!

My developer helped me to install this app. Unfortunately the loading time for the Quick View button was 2-3 seconds longer than the rest of the page. And the app team was not interested in helping us resolve the problem at all. Here is their reply: "I am sorry for this case, we can not do anything more because the Quick view needs time to load its content."

Stephen and team with Secomapp are awesome! They are VERY fast to respond and eager to help resolve any issues that arise. They were even willing to help troubleshoot and help us resolve issues that weren't even related to their product/app. Our company has also used the Quick View app for over a year and love it! The 'buy now' feature is a game changer. It will help your user move through the funnel faster and increase your conversion rates. Definitely would recommend.

I used this app to help make it quicker for people to shop and it has done just that. Very happy with the app. Customer support has been amazing as well.

This app is awesome and its category I think it's one of the best: best design, best options to customize that, best functionalities.

Also the support is great and Louis is always quick and willing to help when you submit him a request.

I gave only 4 stars instead 5 because we had several problems implementing the app, and we had to work them out several times before fixing them. But when you launch a new brand ecommerce that is pretty sophisticated compared to your previous one, I find normal to face these kind of issues.

So, I would reccomend this app and Luois is a skilled and nice guy.

Great App with Great Support I love it!

Very good app! I've tried other similar but this one is the one to stay. I had some issues translating it to the new theme to my store, but support people fixted right away. Highly reccomend!
