The customer service of this app developer is excellent! They customize and adjust the software remotely to your needs and communicate very well. Ultimately we decided not to use quickbooks for now, but if we come back to using it again, I will certainly set service back up with these guys. A+

This app does a perfect job of exporting data from Shopify into QB. It has good instructions with recommendations about which accounts to send different types of transactions to. I ended up with a perfect solution. I made a mistake which was totally my fault, and Bridge Support fixed it for me so quickly. This is saving me HOURS!

We are overall happy with this app. We ran into some issues in the beginning, but the support team was quick to help us get our settings right and now it's working just as we need it to!

Kumar and the team behind QB Bridge have been very accommodating to our needs. Specifically with preferences and customization. We're still ironing out a couple of wrinkles, but they are willing to customize our app to our desired functionality and that level of service goes a long way.

I've used this app for a few years now. It has made our bookkeeping so much more efficient. The staff have responded quickly when help has been needed and have gone beyond expectations. Like all apps, there is a learning curve to set-up and (rarely) glitches. I HIGHLY recommend this company and app.
