Our app will sync your Customers, Products, and Orders from Shopify to QuickBooks Online. You can choose to do it automatically or initiate it yourself.
We support Multi-currency integration as well. If your Store is in one currency and your QuickBooks in another, our app will properly sync the data based on the currencies.
Multiple Shopify Stores to 1 QuickBooks Account
QuickBooks Bridge allows you to integrate more than one Shopify store to your QuickBooks account. This way you do not have to manage multiple QuickBooks account for each different store. (Need an app subscription for each store)
Daily Automated Sync
Export your Orders, Products & Customer data to your QuickBooks account automatically. You can choose to set your data sync to Auto mode or prefer to do it manually at your convenience.
You may have prepaid orders, or might have orders for which payment will be received later. With your app, you do not have to worry about. The Order sync will happen as it is in your Shopify account. If a payment is received later on, it will be updated in QuickBooks at that time. Also, cancellations & refunds are synced appropriately.
When our app syncs the orders, it will also sync the associated products to QuickBooks exactly like the details in Shopify. Currently, we sync only the products associated with the orders that are synced. If you require all products (upto 1000 variants) to be synced without them being part of an order, do let us know.
You may choose whether you want to create an individual customer in QuickBooks for all your Shopify customers or you can select to sync all orders under one dummy customer. If you select the former, all your customers are entered into QuickBooks as well during the sync.
Tax & Shipping lines
We have you covered. We will even sync the Tax lines & Shipping line items to your QuickBooks Account.
Additional Optional Features
We have specific optional flows for Inventory sync, Wholesale businesses, sync invoices without payments, ignore Paypal transactions, etc. We can also discuss development of other necessary features. Currently we allow backdated order sync for prior 2 months. Orders before that will be synced for an additional fee based on order volume.

Customer support is top notch! The app behaves as expected and is reliable and dependable. It can handle company names being pulled from the billing address if you need to deal with resellers and dropshippers. It can handle restricting the sync to only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders. It does not support tags which is too bad. My only pet peeve is that there are many tweaks available in order to have the app behave just as you want it, but those tweaks are not accessible directly. I have to request whether what I need is possible and then Parex implements it. Thankfully they are very very responsive, usually within less than 24 hours. I just wish I had more direct control. Best customer support I've seen.
We use this app to integrate Shopify transactions to QBO. We have multiple sites and use it on every one. The integration was very easy, and the customer service provided by Parex is absolutely excellent. I always have a response within 24 hours and they take care of everything right away. Highly recommend.
