App stopped syncing and created an issue but was immediaitly resolved by customer service. Thanks guys!
We've been using Bold going on six years, and it's always worked like a charm. Once or twice minor issues arose when we introduced new products, but the Bold team quickly identified the root cause (our bad), and offered a solution. I'm really scratching my head about all the one-star reviews. There are a lot of challenges to managing an online store. Bold isn't one of them, at least in our experience.

The app has historically worked well for us. There have been a few hiccups here and there, but the support team has been able to iron out the wrinkles. The app does a good job for the price.

Honesty, I could not run my business without BOLD's QBO app! Please help yourself and get this to seamlessly do your own books! Nikhil was amazing with a quick fix on a known Shopify bug. SO helpful and fast! Jericho and Alexa were on it! Quick diagnosis led to an easy fix. Really appreciated their quick turn and collaboration was seamless. Thank you!
I've had this app in place right from the very beginning since I wanted Shopify to talk to Quickbooks automagically. It's been working in the background, doing its job without any problems. Just what I want. And prevents me from having to hire a bookkeeper!

Jericho was VERY helpful and quick. The only complaint is that it took 4 days for someone to return the email and schedule the call with Jericho.
Everyone acknowledges that this app has its flaws, but as far as price and capabilities I would say it's the best app for integrating Shopify & QuickBooks. Every time I have an issue, all I have to do is reach out to customer support, and they are quick to help with/escalate the issue. Deelen was able to work through some issues with me this past week that will be saving me SO MUCH time going forward!

I had issues syncing shopify with Quickbooks and Rony came to the rescue! I am a novice with the technology, so Rony took the time to help me understand it clearly as well as fix the issues and gave me options along the way. Very helpful! Made my month! Excellent customer service!
I've been using this app for 18 months and it has, for the most part, seamlessly exported my Shopify data to quickbooks. I had an issue with automatic discounts in Shopify not pulling through but Nikhil at Bold worked quickly to resolve it. I recommend this app to others.
