Just started using this app and I got it set up really quickly! Many many thanks to Khaled and Jason for the assistance and patiently explaining how to sync the products when I ran into difficulties.
Just added the app to my Shopify and had an issue syncing but reached out to customer support and Arianne was able to quickly resolve my issues and clarify for me that I need unique SKUs. This type of quick and intentional customer support makes me want to use this app.
Angelica was so helpful and genuine. She answered all my questions and helped me with syncing my store. If only all costumer help was as great as her.
