Joseph was great! Kind, dedicated and efficient. I was unable to sync my shine on product from shopify to etsy. He walked me through how to enable track quantity and bravo! Issue fixed effortlessly.

I do not know anything about syncing my products and Joseph from Customer Support Chat was so kind to assist me every step of the process. I've been using CartRover for the past two years to help sync my inventory between all my sales platforms, which to say the least, was a terrible experience. I was happy to find this app because it now keeps track of inventory between my Shopify and Etsy sales channels in real-time, effortlessly.
My customer service rep was named Mohamed. He was excellent. He even set up a zoom to help aid me through the system.
Great job in helping me sync orders and getting started. Customer service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Joseph who got everything rolling and asked all the right questions.
So far so good, Joseph was very helpful and attentive in getting setup.
Hopefully, they will implement some more features for selective syncing.
