We've been using this app for 10+ years. Over the years we have looked at alternatives, but nothing comes close in terms of value, functionality and customer service.
I cant recommend Ready To Ship enough! Seamless process and tool to use and completely transformed our shipping processing. And whenever I had a question, the Readytoship team was one click away to help our business.
I have recently closed Nice Digs so I unfortunately no longer have use for the service, but if I ever set up a product based business again, I'd be back.
Thank you to Nathan and the entire team for your amazing customer service over the last few years, you're legends!
Loving this app, I have 2 ebay stores and a shopify store. Now I can work from one screen to do all my invoicing and shipping. Saving us so much time its remarkable. Customer service has been great also.

2 factor authentication impossible as their system doesn't support it and they are not willing to answer whether their company holds adequate insurance if data is leaked from their platform which is extremely concerning for a tech company that is holding customers personal information. Data is held for an infinite time with no retention policies by default unless you manually log in to the platform and send a message to request your data to be deleted. The UI is also not user friendly and hasn't been updated for many years.
I wish I found ReadyToShip sooner. As our store grew we found ourselves wasting so much time on our two previous clunky freight apps (Well known ones too). We can do hundreds of orders in minutes now and that's a dream come true, it really is. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!
Great platform which saves us a lot of time, with excellent customer service and fast response times.
Only 2 weeks into my trial and have already cancelled my other shipping platform due to the workarounds they still required. Ready to Ship has all my pain points covered, which will save me time and money and will be easy to train staff! Loving it so far.

Have been using R2S for years now. It's THE BEST. They have a super helpful live chat option that I really appreciate. Hands down the best service of it's kind.
I've been using Ready to Ship for well over 4 years and it's amazing!! Saves me so much time. I use Eparcel, Sendle and Fastway on it for shipping options. It creates the invoice, pick list and shipping label for me and I've even attached my Etsy store to it. Super easy to use. Customer service never far away if I have a query and super affordable. Thanks guys for a great app! Love it.
