Loving this app, I have 2 ebay stores and a shopify store. Now I can work from one screen to do all my invoicing and shipping. Saving us so much time its remarkable. Customer service has been great also.

Ready to Ship is brilliant. 5 star customer service! They are so friendly and easy to deal with. I wish all companies were this good.
2 factor authentication impossible as their system doesn't support it and they are not willing to answer whether their company holds adequate insurance if data is leaked from their platform which is extremely concerning for a tech company that is holding customers personal information. Data is held for an infinite time with no retention policies by default unless you manually log in to the platform and send a message to request your data to be deleted. The UI is also not user friendly and hasn't been updated for many years.
So simple and easy to use. I've linked it to Shopify and AusPost business and it couldn't be simpler.
I wish I found ReadyToShip sooner. As our store grew we found ourselves wasting so much time on our two previous clunky freight apps (Well known ones too). We can do hundreds of orders in minutes now and that's a dream come true, it really is. I couldn't recommend these guys enough!
Only 2 weeks into my trial and have already cancelled my other shipping platform due to the workarounds they still required. Ready to Ship has all my pain points covered, which will save me time and money and will be easy to train staff! Loving it so far.
