Love the feature with FB messenger. Great app, lots of options and marketing tools. Other apps do not have such options, so that is why I prefer to use this app.

We just installed this app (first week) and we seen our first sale from it within hours of installing. Very easy to setup and customize to match your brand and has some very good features to add to your store that look very promising and give you both, more control and better features for communicating with your customers.
Popups work and look great. However, if you know HTML/CSS then you can do some editing of the coloring and such that is not offered in the app. Most may not need this, but some may need to make very small changes to fully match your branding/layout.
With what we have seen so far, we would definitely recommend anyone to at least give this app a try.
