This app is great in helping me manage the abandoned cart. So I haven't been using this app long. Tell you the truth I only installed it because it was recommended by someone who is teaching me shopify. Ran a few FB ads didn't get any checkouts but did get some unfinished checkouts and this app sent abandoned cart email automatically.
I know that followup is a pretty damn important thing and for the simplicity and ease that this provides for followup via FB Messenger is worth a bit if cash.
