The interface is user-friendly. I love the support. The fact that they go and test out for you, just to check if something is working or not is amazing. Looking forward to launching my store and see how it'll boost conversions :). I highly recommend.

Very Good Up To protect your abandoned cart
App does not work properly..keeps sending cart reminders to customers that have already completed an order (and sending them the 10% off discount cart reminder to really infuriate customers!..have been waiting a long time for a response from the developer who cannot seem to fix the problem..they don't respond to emails asking when it will be fixed..terrible service, app has caused me more issues than benefits

This situation can only occur when a visitor leaves an abandoned cart on your store, and then places the order on a different device using a different email address.
