I had good and helpful response when I needed assistance. Would be good if they had more options to make the same font/look as the rest of the website.
Highly recommended app and support team! We run a small store and have been working on a redesign and needed a good app that could handle cross-sells, up-sells both on the item detail pages as well as in cart and post sale. Wiser does it all. We wanted to have the AI functionality in addition to being able to manually control option suggestions on products. The Wiser team was a great help in getting everything set up, working with our developer and with me to set everything up and do a bulk upload for all options on all products.
Found it difficult to get going but had great support from Hasti and Krishma who helped guide me and get everything setup and working.
Thanks for the honest feedback. We will surely improve on this and ensure you get to use the app easily going forward. App has so many features so we are trying to make it more simple in admin side. :)

Great app that has a lot of options for upsells. I'm still yet to see how it impacts my sales, but it provides me the tools I was looking for to suggest more products to my visitors. The support team is great! They helped me with my queries and made some suggestions.
Had some minor customizations I wanted, and the customer service staff was very prompt to help me. I'm happy with the app. Recommended!

It's functional, but it won't match any styling on your web site. If you know CSS and have a couple of hours to update the app to match your store's overall look and feel, then it's a useful tool for sure.
