Vladimir and the entire support team were super helpful as I navigated through my first set-up. I had an existing "Confirmation Page" that was already set and custom and only needed a post purchase survey (for now). The app allowed me to keep my existing confirmation/thank-you page and didn't destroy all my previous work, which is a good thing. Again, the team is super helpful in listening and getting answers to you right there on the spot via chat. How cool is that ?!

Start recovering now. absolutely BRILLIANT! stop leaving money on the table! this app will recover the extra money! Love it were using the birthday widget to collect customer birthdays and the post purchase survey to collect more data on our customers. But the best thing about this app is the post purchase upsell (popup upsell and product upsell) the product recommendations are also cool and it boosted my order confirmation page conversion rate. also use the 17track order tracking widget! :-)

I used to love Reconvert when it was a simple thank you page upsell now it's too complicated. New features are great but why am I being forced to use them if I ONLY want to use the thank you page upsell. It's mandatory to incorporate some complicated funnel now which is unfortunate as I now have to delete the app and use another simpler app.

It is not mandatory to create complex funnels in order to use our thank you, page editor. All the awesomeness we've had with the previous version of the app is still there, we just added some more powerful features to support the needs of more stores.
After all, we do have over 35,000 merchants actively using our app on their Shopify store :)

Not as good as AfterSell. I could have made more in upsell revenue if I kept AfterSell, but I wanted to try this app to compare. Conclusion = keep AfterSell
