Tom Koetz, my success manager has been really helpful in helping me set up my affiliate and referral program. It's all new to me and Tom has patiently explained each step with me via email and several phone calls. Just had an online chat with Derek and he was super helpful and answered my question. Waited for less than 5 seconds to get connected after I typed in my questions too ;).
Clean and simple interface, and quick to setup. Seeing incremental revenue within month of implementing. Customer support (Derek) had some useful tips too.
I use this app to help me program the referral page automatically. It was helpful and I had a few problems and got to solve it instantly with the help of the service provided.
Great app, great support. Easy to install and configure. Works as it have to. Hard to get a high conversion rate, but I guess we have to investigate more.
