We just signed up for ReferralCandy, and I was asked to take over the program without having been a part of the discovery. I contacted support via the chat and delt with Jessa and Ines a few times. Each time they were both was SO HELPFUL and answered my questions and helped me get a resolution very fast. I appreciate the amazing customer service!!

A bit limited in terms of functionality (can't automatically apply credits to a subscription, no single-use codes for friends, not much flexibility in terms of email campaign UI) but really great support team - we spoke with Tom who was super comprehensive in terms of providing answers. Will fulfil your basic needs for referrals.

Just installed ReferralCandy. Pretty easy so far and the customer support chat feature is amazing. Derek was so helpful and tried his best to provide as many resources as he could find. Only critique is that there is limited customization ability (e.g., I can't change the color of the font) but that is outside of Derek's control. 5 stars to customer support, 4 stars for customization capabilities.
