Watching other people navigate my site helped me notice things about my site that I didn't see before!
I just installed and judging from reviews it will help with why my customer visits make no sales . After i use it for a bit i will update this.
Because they said it was 24/7, non-existent, contacted for a long time and no one responded, and the same goes for emails, it's a very bad service. I need to request a refund
great app! the app helps with know how your visitors well. and its easy to use it happy to find out about this app. definitely recommend it work but too quick when you replay the recoding

Awesome app so far
Super useful. Recently I have been running into many issues regarding the add to cart buttons and that was creating a lot of fallback with conversion rate and even sessions (somehow). Using Peek! I was able to locate where the issues were taking place and how everything is running on my customer's side. Thankfully after resetting my codes for shopify back to default, I'm able to receive more sales and the issue occurs less often.
