I can't tell when a new customer is leaving a review, but otherwise, it's great. I'd love to be notified when new reviews come in, so I can respond to them quickly.

Unfortunately, we can't track either the client who left the review. As in that case, we have to add the code to Google, Facebook, etc. to do so. But it's impossible.

I was looking for mail chimp alternative and i bounce on Reputon Customer Reviews app , which has helped me reach and maintain my current customers. I will recommend to anyone interested looking at this app..
so far so good. we have gotten a few reviews from it. wish they had a plan in between 150 and 500 monthly. but oh well
Helped me get positive reviews on multiple sites! Easy to set up and get started with. Pricing is a bit rich, would like to see a 100 emails/month for 2.99$.

Pros: Excellent opporunnity to discover unhappy customers and assist them. Also their negative reviews go to inbox vs. posted online.
Cons: I don't see anywhere stats on how many positive reviews were posted based on the email sent by reputon. Also, option to send a second follow up email would be great.
Easy to use the app. We've received already 10 new 5* reviews and are happy with the app. We reached out to customize the app a bit to suit our needs and the developer was easy to work with and receptive. We'd recommend to others.

Actually, you can limit the number of emails sent to a single customer - there is a setting in the app for that.
Emails for past orders are sent just once after installation and they do not affect any order older than 2 months. Most of our users really appreciate this feature because it gives an instant boost to their ratings.
I am going to update my original 1 star review. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received several emails. Initially, the emails were frustrating, and I seriously considered removing the app. Then I received an email from Natalie. She went above and beyond to listen to my issues, understand my frustration, but most importantly, FIX MY PROBLEM!! She helped me to set up the app to get my desired results. Now is the app perfect? No. However I am happy with how it is performing for my business. In this instance, Customer Support was the game changer. Natalie turned a bad experience into a good one, just by being attentive, understanding the issue and coming up with concrete solutions.

The app is designed to send follow-up asking for reviews. You can add links to third-party sites like Google, Facebook, Etsy, etc. You can collect custom reviews as well by adding a link to the special form (by default this link is added). But to display these reviews, you need to install Testimonials Slider App with free plan. Or you can use any other app to display reviews.
Still checking, will update after few days. So far so good. One thing, I'm missing, select our previous customers doesn't fall under filtering and send review email manually.

Functionally fantastic, catches customers that might not be fully satisfied so you can help make them happy. The email template and their own review site are not very pleasing visually, but ok. There is not a lot of guidance on setting up your URLs but it's pretty straightforward.
I'm being pressed for a review before I've really had a chance to see how well it works. It's easy to set up so for that reason I've given it 4 stars, I'll update again when I've had a chance to see some results.
