Would like to rate higher as the app itself isn't bad however on my site the colour of the customers name (the reviewer) is too dark and doesn't show up on the background - I have messaged now a few times but had no response - unfortunately thinking I will have to look elsewhere if this simple issue cant be resolved.... disappointed that no one from their support has even acknowledged my issue also....

Please, note, you have 2 ways to collect reviews from your customers:
1) A direct link to the feedback form;
2) A QR code that link to your feedback form;

Once they fill out the form, a review will be displayed on your website.
