見積り依頼があった時の自動送信の確認メールが管理者に届かず、サポートの力を借りました。すぐ対応してくれ、自動メールが受信できるようになりました。良いサポート体制です。I was testing the application and was unable to get an automated email confirmation to the administrator, so I enlisted the help of support. They responded immediately and I was able to receive the automated email. Good support team.

Running a business that is based on custom quotes is hard, however Request a Quote had a great price and looked nice. I wanted to thank Kaylee for her help, she was patient and always responded to my emails. My website is running nicely thanks to her!

This app did convert the "add to cart" button into a customizable "request a quote" button as I needed and it has many great options. However, my store has a custom theme and this caused a glitch due to incompatibility between the app and my custom theme. I sent a simple message about this issue after Kaylee from Omega emailed me and they FIXED the issue IMMEDIATELY. Seriously, the tech team made a custom code change within 24 hours specifically for me to allow the app to work with my store! BEST customer service I've seen on any app you can not go wrong purchasing this app if you need the request a quote function.

This app is very well designed and works perfectly. But what makes the difference is the customer support! It is very rare to get such responsive and helpful customer support. Using multiple apps made it difficult to integrate a quote request module.(I tried several apps before I came across Omega) Yet, unlike other similar apps, within a few hours, the development team was able to solve the problem and help me set it up. I am very happy with this solution

Even though I can't call these guys, Diego was super helpful with my email problems using their chat. He had my email inquiries fixed with very little down time. The app works well for our company needs.

This has been the best working Request a Quote style app I have worked with. It is simple and to the point. The best part is, there were some features I wanted and the support staff was amazing. Not only did they take my suggestions into consideration, they provided alternate solutions for the time being and went above and beyond to attempt to help me with my unusual request. Joy, at the Omega Help Center was indeed a joy to work with - answered me VERY quickly and I threw some hard questions at her, she satisfied my questions within minutes . One of the best support teams I have seen and I very very much appreciate how much they listen and care! A+++++ Company and App!

I have a VERY niche store, and the variations/options required have been addressed by this. As soon as they enable the option to add to quote on product variant level, this will be the 'go-to' app for this feature. Support is super responsive and accommodating, well done guys!!
