We have been overall very pleased with getting the Quote Snap to work the way we wanted for our store. We even had to reach out to them for some customization and the were efficient and friendly. We are excited for our customers to use this feature in our store. This app works pretty seamlessly and was fairly easy to customize and implement. We were able to get it to look the way we want and function the way we wanted. We even customized the color scheme and look of the forms received by both the customer and admin users. Overall very happy.

サポートの対応が非常に早く、問題がすぐ解決しました。 "Request for quote" ボタンの大きさがデフォルトでは、大きかったり小さかったり、使っているテーマと合わない場合が多いかと思いますが、サポートに問い合わせれば、すぐ対応してくれますよ。とても良いサポート体制です。

We have tried all the apps on the app store and this by far is the best out there ( we have been using shopify for 6 years now ) The development team are always available to assist and actually get back to you unlike other companies out there.
