This app is incredible. It's saved our business tons of time and effort as it makes returns and exchanges a breeze. It's one of the core apps to keeping our returns process simple and easy.
ReturnGo is a magnificent APP....what I most like about it is that there are multiple features that I can activate on need. Things like blocking items for returns, having separate # of return days for money returns and exchanges, giving my customers store credit, and many more. I also noticed that the team is constantly improving the tool and adding new features. But my #1 comment is that the support team, specially Eyal, works shoulder to shoulder with us to setup and improve the portal. Service is the icing on the cake and ReturnGo definitely knows how to do it well.
These guys are relentlessly committed to customer success -- which is prob what matters most in any app/product/partner -- so I gotta recommend them. I installed and self-onboarded and had some issues. The founder got on a call and walked me thru everything. TBH, I walked away thinking, "I gotta talk with my customers more; this guy is what good business looks like." Besides the people, what's gonna make this app a winner in the long run is that it offers customers who want to make returns a LOT of incentives/options to keep the item, donate it, get store credit, etc...so that we don't have to make painful refunds. That's an amazing feature and at a starting price of $10 it makes this app a fantastic choice for any sized store.
