While the App was easy to implement and customer support is very friendly, we've encountered some weaknesses after a year of use:

Slow response from the development team regarding raised issues.
Occasional difficulty for the customer support team in grasping requirements.
Instances where the team faced challenges in resolving certain issues, leading to dead ends.
