It has created less emails from customers and saves time with my employees to exchange or refund items. The customer portal integrates perfectly into my template with no problems. I have never had an issue using Yanet apps because any issue is always addressed customization quickly and efficiently and always willing to go the extra mile to customize things to make it fit my model perfectly.
