Sami assessed my posting error problem immediately and set up a Ring/Central call to share screen and figure things out. When we hit a snag, we moved to TeamViewer and continued. We needed to work between Shopify, QB POS 19, and Webgility, all of which Sami navigated with ease. I have NEVER failed to get the support I need when I run into an integration error. All fixed! Go Webgility!
