We switched from Yotpo and so far the experience has been great. The reviews just look so much better on our Shop store, and the support has been terrific. Highly recommend.
In particular, I want to thank Laura Gomez for the tremendous amount of help she gave to get our survey started. Great service deserves to be recognized, and so do the people that deliver it.
