I have to change my review because Dorina from AutoDS has successfully made me a happy customer by fixing all the issues that I was facing. She become now a direct point of contact.
I am really happy with the resolution and I thank Dorina for her prompt support of my solutions and for converting me from an unhappy customer to a happy customer.
I will suggest that they should improve the customer chat timing. That will help more customers and less unhappy customers.
