BR ‑ Better Reports

Not only are the possibilities for customizable reports very great to have, but Claudia from Better Reports has helped us to actually take advantage of the many different features/reports!
That's been very significant especially, as we have both access to a great app and extremely responsive support when it comes to how to use it :)
