I recently experienced an utterly disappointing situation with Klaviyo. After sending an important email through their platform, I discovered that Klaviyo had inexplicably broken all of the links included in the email. Naturally, I reached out to their support immediately. Their response? They said they'd need to escalate the ticket to resolve the issue.

Frustratingly, the next email I received was a notification stating they had closed my support ticket—without even discussing the matter further or confirming any resolution. Not only did this leave my business in a tight spot, but it also highlighted Klaviyo's inadequate support structure and lack of accountability.

For a platform that markets itself as reliable and customer-oriented, this kind of oversight and dismissive handling is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering Klaviyo to reconsider unless you're willing to risk similar disruptions and disappointing support experiences.
